Buddha's Hand - Rooted Cutting/Bush
Buddha's Hand - Rooted Cutting/Bush
Buddha’s Hand, also known as *Citrus medica var. sarcodactylis*, is a unique and striking citrus fruit that resembles a hand with outstretched fingers, hence its name. Unlike most citrus fruits, Buddha’s Hand has little to no pulp or juice inside; instead, it consists mainly of fragrant rind and pith. The skin is bright yellow when ripe, and its aroma is intensely citrusy with floral notes, making it a popular ingredient in perfumes, culinary dishes, and for zesting.
